I stayed in the Deluxe King Room and it was super comfy! The bed was large and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room nice and cool, and the Wi-Fi was solid. Super clean, too! No complaints at all about the room. Just loved it!

The roof terrace is great for relaxing with views. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, which made for good sleep. The garden area is beautiful and perfect for taking a break.
While the restaurant on the ground floor is nice, the menu could use more variety.

This hotel has a charming atmosphere and friendly staff, making for a pleasant stay. The rooftop pool is fantastic, but I found some noise from nearby parties at night. Also, it would have been nice if breakfast options were a bit more varied.

The rooftop pool offers breathtaking sunset views.
The room's soundproofing is inadequate, allowing noise from the rooftop restaurant.

Great location and friendly staff. Stairs to the roof cabana felt super unsafe.

Breakfast was decent, and the view of ugly construction was something, I guess.
Wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable in the sense of staying somewhere I could tolerate.

Naala had such a chill vibe with fantastic local eats around, like La Martina Tulum that was just a hop away! The rooftop pool was the bomb for sunset views! The staff was super friendly, making it a delightful stay.
While the ambiance was nice, we did hit a snag with breakfast—ran out of plates and food at peak hours! Also, our room was under the restaurant, so it got noisy sometimes.

I loved how close this place is to La Martina Tulum, just a few steps away, and I enjoyed beautiful walks to the nearby Laguna Kaan Luum, which is almost 2 km away and perfect for a leisurely day out.

The spacious room featured a lovely view and the interior courtyard design ensured peace away from street noise. The friendly staff contributed to a welcoming atmosphere, and the pool area looked inviting although I didn't use it. While the location is not in the busy center, it offers convenient access to nearby attractions. The breakfast selection included delightful cold meats, adding to a satisfying start to the day.
